User Ecosystem Map
Problem Statement: A new internal Data Strategy product was being created at 84.51˚ and there was a need to better understand all of the different roles within Data Science organization that would be using this product to streamline their job processes.
Project Goal: Better understand and define the users within the Data Science organization that will be leveraging the new internal Data Strategy product and how they interact with each other relationally.
My Role: I was the Senior User Experience designer for this project and I partnered directly with the Product Owner to define a direction for this research. I defined, conducted and synthesized all of the research and created the visual output that was then shared back to our stakeholders.

Research & Ecosystem Map
Over the course of a year I talked to over 100 Director, Lead, Senior and individual contributor Data Scientists and Data Engineers across the Data Science organization to formulate this user ecosystem map. This map illustrates the connections between each individual role and the respective stakeholders or leaders across that part of the organization. I also created user personas for each of the different types of roles.
